This is facilitated by the SBDC Silicon Valley and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. *All recipients must pre-register in advance for their pickup of supplies. To cancel or reschedule, please log into your account, select My PPE Booking under your profile, select the Upcoming booking and click Reschedule or Cancel. Please do so within 24 hours and DO NOT contact us directly. Remember, our program is administered on a first come, first serve basis so if you've have missed your time slot there will be no guarantees on availability for a new booking. Cancelling is a courtesy that ensures another recipient in need gets a slot.
